We have a professional mold department, with the core of designing, manufacturing and maintaining molds, ensuring high precision and efficiency in production to achieve a perfect balance between design and function. We focus on teamwork and work closely with customers to first clarify user requirements and goals, and then we develop precise solutions, whether using our own standard molds or custom molds, to help customers achieve product differentiation and added value.
Testing center
For us, quality is a solemn commitment and the cornerstone of our company's operations. We are continuously committed to ensuring that Centrway Plastics products meet the high standards of users and the industry.
In addition to conducting routine sealing, drop, and room temperature stacking tests, Centrway Plastics testing center is also equipped with a simulated atmospheric pressure gauge, a high-temperature stacking test box, a high-temperature vibration integrated laboratory, and complete testing facilities such as material processing and thermal performance laboratories.
This allows us to independently complete everything from raw material performance analysis to product dynamic simulation experiments, and our testing capabilities are among the best in the industry.
At the same time, we implement strict process quality control procedures, and through a systematic quality control management system, we ensure that product quality is stable and reliable, and strive for customer satisfaction.
