The inflation gas pressure is insufficient or the holding time is too short. Adjust to increase the inflation gas pressure or holding time.

1. Patterned tires appear on the barrel surface

1. Foreign matter in the cavity. Stop the machine and clean with a dust gun.

2. Barrel or die head temperature is too high. Adjust and lower the barrel or die head temperature appropriately.

3. Inflating air pressure is insufficient or the hold time is too short. Increase the inflation air pressure or hold time.

4. Mold temperature is too high. Check for water flow problems.

5. Die head is scratched. Polish with a grinding wheel to smooth it.

2. Streaks appear on the barrel surface

1. Barrel or die head temperature is too low. Increase the barrel or die head temperature appropriately.

2. Inflating air pressure is insufficient or the hold time is too short. Increase the inflation air pressure or hold time.

3. Mold temperature is too low. Increase the mold temperature appropriately.

4. Raw material flowability is too poor. Adjust the process and change the formula.

5. Die head is scratched or has impurities remaining on the die head. Polish the die head or use a copper sheet to clean impurities.

III. Pitting marks appear on the barrel surface

1. Material temperature is too low; increase the barrel or die head temperature.

2. During process adjustments, the sol remains in the barrel for too long.

3. Plasticization is poor; increase or decrease the barrel temperature.

4. Raw material flowability is poor; adjust the process or change the formula.

5. Insufficient inflation air pressure; adjust the inflation air pressure or increase the mold temperature.
