1. Ensure that the packaging is securely sealed after filling hazardous materials. The inner plastic bag of the drum must be properly heat-sealed or securely tied to prevent any leakage or spillage.
2. If the filled product is prone to generating volatile gases, especially during February, April, and August, when temperature fluctuations are significant, choose a cooler time of day to avoid dents and deformation.
3. When filling hazardous materials, the outer surface of chemical plastic drums must not be corroded or damaged, and the drum must be kept clean and in good condition.
4. The weight or volume of each piece of hazardous materials in a chemical plastic drum must not exceed the upper limit specified in the regulations for the transportation of hazardous materials.
5. Stored under a canopy, away from direct sunlight, the maximum operating temperature is 60°C and the storage temperature is below 40°C. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.
